Necklift without surgery!

Hi Team,

Well, I have always been on the watch for neck exercises that will get rid of a double chin and smooth out the crepe skin on my neck. I recently read this in Woman's Day magazine ( the US one ). Hidden in a tiny blurb was a dermatologist who said he was seeing significant improvements in smoothing the neck area with this simple exercise:

Sit in a chair, look up to the ceiling, pull your lower lip over the top of your top lip:

Now, looks silly but who cares? Hold this for a count of 10 seconds and then lower head and relax. Repeat 10 times daily for 6 weeks. NOW, here is the really exciting part. The first day I did this, I swear my neck muscles were SORE! I saw an improvement in ONE week!!! Should have done a before and after, but you all try it and send them in.

  1. It means lifting up the neck area helps in tightening the underlying muscles. With age we face wrinkles here and there. This kind of neck exercise is good as it tones the muscles.
